About the Development

The San Rocco II Development comprises 5 blocks, with a total of 200 apartments approximately (a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom units. On site facilities include pleasant communal gardens, parking spaces and a large communal swimming pool you can relax and have a comfortable time whilst staying there. The site is secure and gated. The site is opposite a protected sand dune area of the Isca marina Nature Reserve, with the beach and sea in front of the reserve. The beach is just a 2 minute walk from the development. In the background you have mountain views towards the hill-town of Isca and the seaside village of Isca Marina is just 5 minutes walk.

About the Area

San Rocco II is situated in the very popular town of Soverato which has wonderful views across the Gulfo de Squillace. Here you find a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all the facilities you could need. It also has a lively nightlife in the summer months. the beaches rarely get crowded as it stretches for miles in either direction. Within walking distance is the local community indoor swimming pool, and close to the site are a couple of beach bars and restaurants. A new lungomare (promenade) is already under construction and a marina is also being constructed close by.
