- Mares Hotels Complex - – This area is located in the East portion of the project and is sub-divided into seven separate areas. The site measures 52,48 hectares and has planning for the construction 4 and 5 star hotels.
- Ilhas Condominium – This area is located in the West portion of the project and measures 88,51 hectares. The project is composed of 11 phases masterplanned for the construction of villas, townhouses and apartments.
- Division into lots Villas de Canoa – This area is located in the West portion of the project and measures 93,76 hectares It is sub-divided into large lots for the construction of differing housing projects.
- Dunas Golf Club - This area is located in the West portion of the project and is some 80,94 hectares with planning for an 18-hole golf course.
- North Wind-Mills Park - Area located in the West portion of the project, measuring 319,94 hectares for a project for the exploration of wind-mill energy.
- Canoa Resort – A totally independent residential touristic development in four phases. The resort will have commercial, leisure and spa facilities.
- Brisas de Canoa – A condominium development of 118 residential units approximately 600 meters from the town of Canoa. The development will have two leisure areas containing football pitches, tennis and basketball courts, as well as communal swimming pools.
