Emerald village is a development of two bedrooom first and second floor apartments, and underground garages situated in the town of Mandatoriccio Marina on the fabulous Ionian Coast, just 600 metres from the sea. It is on a sea -facing hillside surrounded by picturesque meadows.
The apartments feature two bedrooms, bathroom, recessed open kitchen, large lounge, front and back terraces. There will be pre-installation of air-conditioning.
The first phase will be comprised of 32 units with 16 garages in 5 blocks with a swimming pool and green area. A second phase is planned which will comprise of a further 28 units and 14 garages.
Like many Calabrian towns and villages, Mandatoriccio is divided between a hill town and a coatal town. The town centre is built a castle which was constructed by the Marquis Guidasso around 1400-1500. Today Mandatoriccio owes its fame to the natural resources of the Ionian coast with tiny coves spread along the shores of the crystal sea.
