There are many potential overseas investment locations that are now easily accessible to UK investors - it's become a global property market. Regarding the locations there are some good and some not so good - for a variety of reasons, which we'd be happy to discuss.

Silverhouse Property carry out on-going research and evaluation into many countries and where they fit into our 'investment potential matrix' - we look at the risk/reward ratio and we also apply a good helping of common sense and avoid the hype.

Certain countries carry very low risk but little chance of a significant capital appreciation while others may offer a chance of exceptional capital appreciation but they may also offer even higher risk! What we are look for is low risk/high reward areas and this can only be successfully achieved by in depth knowledge, dedication and great contacts in the countries in which we operate.
